99itbd is a payment-first account platform shaped around the way Bangladesh players actually move money — from a bKash or Rocket wallet into a verified account, then straight into the lobby. We keep the path short, the records visible and the lobby choices clear.
At 99itbd, the account comes before the game. That is a deliberate choice. When you open the account page, the deposit path — whether you are using bKash or Rocket — is the first thing you see, not the last. We show the wallet steps, the confirmation fields and the transaction record in one place so you know exactly where your money is before you pick a title from the lobby. The lobby itself draws game content from studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, CQ9, Habanero, Bigtime Gaming and Joker. Slots, live casino tables and a sportsbook covering cricket are all available from the same account.
These are structural facts about 99itbd — the categories we carry, the ways you can access the platform and the support routes we publish. We do not attach invented numbers to things we cannot verify, so every figure here reflects only what the platform configuration itself confirms.

If something is not working — a deposit is pending, a wallet step is unclear or you cannot access your account — we have published contact routes you can use without leaving the site. Check the help section of your account dashboard for the route that fits your question.
The live chat widget is available from your account dashboard. Open it directly from the help icon — no need to navigate away from the lobby or the page you are currently on. It is the fastest route for wallet and deposit questions.
For account verification questions or transaction records, use the support email address published in the Contact section of the site. Include your registered account number and the wallet reference from your bKash or Rocket transaction to help us locate the record quickly.
The Help Centre in your account lists step-by-step wallet deposit paths, account verification instructions and transaction record explanations. Check there first — many bKash and Rocket questions are answered with screenshots and field-level guidance already published.
Trust is not a claim we make — it is visible in how the account and wallet path is structured. Four things distinguish how 99itbd handles your account experience, each grounded in a decision we made about the platform's design rather than a marketing promise.
Every deposit and withdrawal you complete appears in your account transaction history. We do not hide the record behind a support request. You can check the status of a bKash or Rocket transfer from the account page at any time, with the wallet reference and timestamp shown.
We ask you to complete the wallet verification step before you enter the game lobby — not after. That means your bKash or Rocket deposit is confirmed and reflected in your account balance before you pick any title from the slots, live casino or sportsbook sections.
The game content studios we carry — Pragmatic Play, CQ9, Bigtime Gaming, Habanero, PG Soft, Joker — are named in the lobby. You do not have to guess who made the titles you are playing. Where a provider exposes RTP information, that figure is shown on the game; we do not invent percentages.
Live chat and email support addresses are published inside your account dashboard, not tucked behind a footer link. If a wallet transfer does not reflect in your balance, you have a clear route to raise it without searching the site for a contact page.
Different platforms handle the deposit-to-lobby path in different ways. At 99itbd, we have made specific choices about where the wallet step sits and how the transaction record is presented. Here is what those choices mean in practice for you as an account holder.
Your bKash or Rocket transfer is confirmed and your account balance is updated before the lobby becomes active for your session. You see the credited amount first. Other setups may let you enter the lobby before the payment is reflected, which creates uncertainty.
Deposits, withdrawals and wallet transfers are all listed in the same account history page. You do not need to cross-reference your mobile wallet app separately — the reference number from bKash or Rocket appears alongside the platform record.
Your account balance moves with you across slots, live casino tables and the sportsbook. There is no separate wallet or sub-account for each category. Switch from a Cricket Scorer session in the sportsbook to a Blackjack Fiesta table in the live casino without a separate top-up.
We show the studios — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, CQ9, Bigtime Gaming, Joker — as a filterable list in the lobby. You can browse by studio rather than scrolling through all titles, which is useful when you know which content you want to explore.
These are the visible, verifiable elements of how 99itbd is put together — the things you encounter from your first account visit through to an active lobby session. Each one reflects a decision about how to make the platform practical for Bangladesh account holders.
The account dashboard is built to work from a mobile browser without an app download. You can complete a bKash deposit, check your transaction history and navigate to the lobby from the same screen. The layout adjusts to your device — phone, tablet or desktop — without switching modes.
The sportsbook foregrounds cricket — IPL, BPL and international fixtures are the category you reach first from the sports navigation. Football Goalrush and Football Quickbet are also available, but the entry point is built around what Bangladesh account holders follow most closely.
When you reach the game lobby, the studio filter is right there in the navigation rail. Select Pragmatic Play, PG Soft or any of the six studios to narrow what you see. That is more useful than a raw title list when you already know which content style you prefer.
Every action — deposit, withdrawal, game session entry — creates a timestamped entry in your account history. If a Rocket payment does not appear in your balance, the history page gives you the reference number to quote when you contact support through live chat or email.
These are the questions we see most often from new account holders on 99itbd — specifically about how the account works, what to expect from the wallet path and how the lobby is structured. Each answer is based on what you can verify in your own account.
99itbd is a Bangladesh-focused account and lobby platform. It is built for people who want a clear path from a bKash or Rocket wallet deposit through to a game lobby — slots, live casino or sportsbook. Availability depends on your local law and the eligible regions where access is permitted.
When you initiate a deposit, the account page shows you the bKash wallet fields and the reference steps. Complete the transfer in your bKash app using the details shown, then return to the account page. The confirmed amount appears in your transaction history before the lobby becomes active for your session.
Yes. Both bKash and Rocket are configured as wallet rails on 99itbd. The deposit page shows both options. The steps are similar — you follow the wallet fields shown on the account page, complete the transfer and the credited amount is reflected in your balance with a transaction record.
The lobby carries content from Pragmatic Play, CQ9, Bigtime Gaming, Habanero, PG Soft and Joker. You can filter by studio from the lobby navigation rail. These studios supply game content — slots, live tables and crash-style games. RTP figures are shown only where the studio or provider exposes them.
Your transaction history is in the account dashboard under the history or records tab. Every bKash and Rocket deposit appears there with a timestamp and the wallet reference number. If a payment is pending or not reflected, use that reference when you contact support via live chat or email.
Open the help section of your account dashboard. Live chat is available directly from there. For detailed account or wallet verification queries, use the support email address listed in the Contact section of the site. Include your account number and the wallet reference to get a faster resolution.
